On to A1 and West for Cornhill,Coldstream,Kelso

Left south at roundabout ( tractor garage on lhs)
Good cafe popular with bikes at
Millfield
on rhs as you pass.Reconstructed roundhouse signposted as you leave the village.
Good run then,
Turn off right for
Rothbury
Great views and drop down to Cragside House beautiful house and gardens.
Rothbury cafe behind trees above main street very popular with bikes at weekends/bank holidays(expect some mad/bad riding)
Over the hills to
Otterburn
Mill is glorified clothing remnants outlet.
Then over the high tops and down into
Bellingham
Follow signs for
Kielder Water
Visitor Centre, LOTS of art/structures, skyspace, Observatory along Water to
Kielder Castle
Minotaur Maze
Then through some great scenery to some wild roads to
Jedburgh

Kelso
