Everything is included, excepted bike's spare parts (and the famous 280 E rear tyre). To get the exact price of the trip, just had spare parts for your bike for 9000 km and you'll get the exact price. For indication, average fuel consumption of my bike is 6.5 L/100 km- fuel is expensive in Scandinavia.

For servicing, it usually costs for my bike 6.5 Eurocent per km, so 585 E for 9000 km. Global cost of the trip is about 2 000 E.
Ideal time to go to north cape and return safely to home is 3 weeks. This will allow you to enjoy the trip, without thinking of milage too much. I think it is possible in 2 weeks (16 days), but you are close from the limit.
