Roads are not funny, but their surfacing is perfect.
Landscapes
Country has some charm, nature is wild, with many lakes and forests. It's a bit sad it is so uniform.
General atmosphere / safety
Northern Europe standards : warm and relaxing. No reason to worry about it.
Car drivers behaviour
Calm, careful and respectful. And don't forget that finnish drivers are some of the best in rally and Formula 1 !!
Speed controls
Excepted around big cities, I did not notice some . Ride carefully and there won't be any problem.
Formalities
If your are from European union, passport or identity card are enough.
