Slovenia

This little country, part of the former Yougoslavia, is often bad-known. But, here is the nature fascinating, wild and roads are not very frequented. So you'll find there everything to have a relaxing and authentic stay.

Roads interest

Just like in every mountain country, you'll find what you need to be happy.

Road surface quality

A bit lower than germanic countries, but really correct...you just may find some paved sections in hairpins !!

Landscapes

Really beautiful, with mountains and a bit dry.

General atmosphere / safety

People are nice, and safety is really similar to France.

Car drivers behaviour

No problem with Slovenian, just be careful with some tourists who feel free of doing what they want.

Speed controls

Be careful around big cities ( 1000 CBR politja, it's there), either nothing special.

If your are from European union, passport or identity card are enough.
